目的：探讨布洛芬缓释胶囊发生的临床不良反应。方法收集2010年12月至2014年6月我院报告的布洛芬缓释胶囊致不良反应42例，对其进行回顾性分析。结果布洛芬缓释胶囊的不良反应以消化不良、尿频、尿痛及单纯皮疹为主；发生时间以3～5 d及10 d以上为主；且30岁以下及31～39岁的患者中，男性发病例数均明显高于女性；而女性60岁以上发病例数明显高于男性，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。结论布洛芬缓释胶囊发生不良反应主要以肠道及过敏反应为主，了解其不良反应特点有利于临床的合理使用。
목적：탐토포락분완석효낭발생적림상불량반응。방법수집2010년12월지2014년6월아원보고적포락분완석효낭치불량반응42례，대기진행회고성분석。결과포락분완석효낭적불량반응이소화불량、뇨빈、뇨통급단순피진위주；발생시간이3～5 d급10 d이상위주；차30세이하급31～39세적환자중，남성발병례수균명현고우녀성；이녀성60세이상발병례수명현고우남성，차이균유통계학의의（균P＜0.05）。결론포락분완석효낭발생불량반응주요이장도급과민반응위주，료해기불량반응특점유리우림상적합리사용。
Objective To investigate the clinical adverse reactions Ibuprofen Sustained-Release Capsules happened.Methods 42 cases of adverse reactions induced by Ibuprofen Sustained-Release Capsules were colected from 2010 December to 2014 June in our hospital were reported,and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results Adverse reactions Ibuprofen Sustained-Release Capsules to indigestion,frequent micturition, make water is painful and rash mainly;time to 3~5 d and 10 d more than the main occurrence;and under the age of 30 and 31~39 years old patients,the incidence of male cases were significantly higher than that in female;and women over 60 years of age incidence significantly higher than male patients,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bloven sustained release capsules adverse reactions occurred mainly in the intestine and alergic reactions is given priority to,understand the characteristics of the adverse reactions of the rational use of the drugs for.
