目的：探讨门诊麻醉药品处方的不合理用药原因。方法随机抽取我院门诊的352张麻醉药品处方进行回顾性分析。结果吗啡缓释片的不合格用药率、无指征用药率均明显高于其他麻醉药品，差异均有统计意义（均P＜0.05）。结论门诊不合理用药类型较多，需加强麻醉药品的管理，提高麻醉用药的安全性。
目的：探討門診痳醉藥品處方的不閤理用藥原因。方法隨機抽取我院門診的352張痳醉藥品處方進行迴顧性分析。結果嗎啡緩釋片的不閤格用藥率、無指徵用藥率均明顯高于其他痳醉藥品，差異均有統計意義（均P＜0.05）。結論門診不閤理用藥類型較多，需加彊痳醉藥品的管理，提高痳醉用藥的安全性。
목적：탐토문진마취약품처방적불합리용약원인。방법수궤추취아원문진적352장마취약품처방진행회고성분석。결과마배완석편적불합격용약솔、무지정용약솔균명현고우기타마취약품，차이균유통계의의（균P＜0.05）。결론문진불합리용약류형교다，수가강마취약품적관리，제고마취용약적안전성。
Objective To investigate the irrational drug use of outpatient anesthesia drug prescription.Methods A random sample of outpatient service of 352 outpatient prescriptions of anesthetic drugs were analyzed retrospectively.Results Release tablets morphine unqualified prescription rate,no indication of application rate was obviously higher than other narcotic drugs,the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Outpatient irrational drug use is more,need to strengthen management of anesthesia anesthetic drugs,improve the drug safety.
