目的：探讨孟鲁司特联合吸入性糖皮质激素治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘临床疗效。方法收集170例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿资料，将患儿采用随机抽样法分为对照组（85例）和试验组（85例），分别给予布地奈德单用和在此基础上加用孟鲁司特口服治疗；比较两组患儿的临床疗效及治疗前后咳嗽和睡眠积分等。结果试验组患儿临床疗效明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）；试验组患儿治疗后咳嗽和睡眠积分均明显低于对照组（均 P＜0.05）。结论孟鲁司特联合吸入性糖皮质激素治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘可明显改善咳嗽症状，提高睡眠质量。
목적：탐토맹로사특연합흡입성당피질격소치료인동해수변이성효천림상료효。방법수집170례해수변이성효천환인자료，장환인채용수궤추양법분위대조조（85례）화시험조（85례），분별급여포지내덕단용화재차기출상가용맹로사특구복치료；비교량조환인적림상료효급치료전후해수화수면적분등。결과시험조환인림상료효명현우우대조조（P＜0.05）；시험조환인치료후해수화수면적분균명현저우대조조（균 P＜0.05）。결론맹로사특연합흡입성당피질격소치료인동해수변이성효천가명현개선해수증상，제고수면질량。
Objective To investigate clinical effects of montelukast combined with inhalation of glucocorticoid in treatment of children with cough variant asthma.Methods 170 children with cough variant asthma were chosen and randomly divided into 2 groups including control group(85 patients)with inhalation of budesonide used alone and treatment group(85 patients)with montelukast on the basis of control group;and the clinical efficiency,cough and sleep scores before and after treatment of both groups were compared.Results The clinical efficacy of treatment group was significant better than control group(P<0.05).The cough and sleep scores after treatment of treatment group was significant better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Montelukast combined with inhalation of glucocorticoid in treatment of children with cough variant asthma can efficiently relieve cough symptoms,higher sleep quality,promote recovery process and lower long-term recurrence risk.
