目的：探讨机械通气联合吸入用布地奈德混悬液治疗重症哮喘的临床疗效。方法收集2013年6月至2014年6月在我院接受治疗的重症哮喘144例患者资料，根据不同治疗方案将患者分为两组，均行机械通气（有创）治疗，对照组（72例）患者同时给予甲泼尼龙和氨茶碱静脉滴注治疗，观察组（72例）患者在对照组治疗的基础上加用布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗，比较两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组患者总有效率为91.7%，明显高于对照组的69.4%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的各项指标变化情况明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。结论在重症哮喘患者的治疗中采用机械通气联合布地奈德治疗效果明显。
목적：탐토궤계통기연합흡입용포지내덕혼현액치료중증효천적림상료효。방법수집2013년6월지2014년6월재아원접수치료적중증효천144례환자자료，근거불동치료방안장환자분위량조，균행궤계통기（유창）치료，대조조（72례）환자동시급여갑발니룡화안다감정맥적주치료，관찰조（72례）환자재대조조치료적기출상가용포지내덕혼현액무화흡입치료，비교량조환자치료효과。결과관찰조환자총유효솔위91.7%，명현고우대조조적69.4%，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；관찰조환자적각항지표변화정황명현우우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（균P＜0.05）。결론재중증효천환자적치료중채용궤계통기연합포지내덕치료효과명현。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of mechanical ventilation combined with inhaled budesonide suspension for the treatment of severe asthma.Methods 2013 June to 2014 June were colected in our hospital to accept the treatment data of 144 patients with severe asthma,according to the different treatment the patients were divided into two groups,underwent mechanical ventilation(invasive)treatment,the control group(72 cases) zand treated with methylprednisolone and intravenous aminophyline treatment,the observation group(72 cases)with inhalational therapy of budesonide suspension plus based on the treatment in control group,the treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results Patients in the observation group the total effective rate was 91.7%,significantly higher than 69.4% in the control group,the diference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05);to observe the changes of indexes is obviously better than that of treatment group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Using mechanical ventilation combined with budesonide treatment effect in the treatment of severe asthma patients obviously.
