校本教师培训,也称校本教师教育。研究表明,国内外教师,皆存一定的对教师培训满意度不高的认知,由此,校本教师培训研究逐渐兴起。校本教师培训是教师的继续教育活动,旨在促进教师的专业发展。我国校本教师培训在师资、教材设施、方法等方面还有很大的局限,必须根据学校发展需要和教师工作需要,创新校本教师培训。
校本教師培訓,也稱校本教師教育。研究錶明,國內外教師,皆存一定的對教師培訓滿意度不高的認知,由此,校本教師培訓研究逐漸興起。校本教師培訓是教師的繼續教育活動,旨在促進教師的專業髮展。我國校本教師培訓在師資、教材設施、方法等方麵還有很大的跼限,必鬚根據學校髮展需要和教師工作需要,創新校本教師培訓。
교본교사배훈,야칭교본교사교육。연구표명,국내외교사,개존일정적대교사배훈만의도불고적인지,유차,교본교사배훈연구축점흥기。교본교사배훈시교사적계속교육활동,지재촉진교사적전업발전。아국교본교사배훈재사자、교재설시、방법등방면환유흔대적국한,필수근거학교발전수요화교사공작수요,창신교본교사배훈。
More and more studies show that teacher training satisfaction is not high, so the school-based teacher training is booming, including china. The first two parts of this paper briefly analyze the two aspects meaning of school-based teacher training on school-based and training, and three characteristics. The last part analyze the limitations of school-based teacher training, in order to foster strengths, circumvent weaknesses and maximize the promotion of China’s“school-based teacher training”development.
