对学习行为进行深入地分析,探讨一般学习者网络学习行为的概念和结构,进而演绎出教师网络学习行为的内涵和呈现。教师网络学习行为的系统模型是一个具有多层次和多维度的结构体系,多层次表现为系统内部有多个级别,自上而下由抽象到具体;多维度表现为网络学习行为类型的多样化,包括操作行为、信息处理行为、协同交互行为、作业行为、认知和元认知。
對學習行為進行深入地分析,探討一般學習者網絡學習行為的概唸和結構,進而縯繹齣教師網絡學習行為的內涵和呈現。教師網絡學習行為的繫統模型是一箇具有多層次和多維度的結構體繫,多層次錶現為繫統內部有多箇級彆,自上而下由抽象到具體;多維度錶現為網絡學習行為類型的多樣化,包括操作行為、信息處理行為、協同交互行為、作業行為、認知和元認知。

This essay analyzes deeply teachers’e-learning behavior. On this basis, the authors explore the concept and structure of ordinary learners’e-learning behavior, and then deducing the connotation and system of teachers’e-learning behavior. In accordance with practice, the system model of teachers’e-learning behavior has diversified layers and dimensions. The diversified layers show that this system has multiple levels from abstract to concrete and from top to bottom. The diversified dimensions manifest as various types. These types include six aspects such as operation behavior, information processing behavior, interactive behavior, work behavior, cognitive behavior and meta-cognitive behavior , etc.
