基于珠三角地区典型的外向型经济特征，针对产业创新能力低下的问题，提出国际化与创新互动的研究视角。国际多元化、国际进入模式与破坏性创新、渐进性创新之间的匹配关系决定企业国际化的创新绩效。创新政策需要政府与产业协会转变服务职能，不断改善创新环境。创新企业需要在国际化模式与创新类型之间的互动关系中进行权变选择。

Based on the economic characteristics of a typical export -oriented region of the Pearl River Delta,aiming at the problem of low capacity of industrial innovation,the paper puts forward a research perspective of internationalization in﹣teracting with innovation.The matching relationship among international diversification,international entry mode and dis﹣ruptive innovation,and incremental innovation can decide the innovation performance of corporate internationalization.In﹣novation policy needs to change service functions of government and industry associations and improve the environment for innovation;innovative companies need to make a contingent selection between innovation and international.
