开展无级变速器( CVT)及汽车无级变速器油( CVTF)技术分析,对CVTF进行评价测试,分析主要技术指标与台架试验及实际应用效果的相关性,探讨CVTF的摩擦学特性,指出CVTF不但要有良好的润滑特性,还必须有适当的摩擦力(摩擦因数),以达到既能降低能耗、减少磨损,同时又能满足牵引能力和提高动力传递效率的目的。
開展無級變速器( CVT)及汽車無級變速器油( CVTF)技術分析,對CVTF進行評價測試,分析主要技術指標與檯架試驗及實際應用效果的相關性,探討CVTF的摩抆學特性,指齣CVTF不但要有良好的潤滑特性,還必鬚有適噹的摩抆力(摩抆因數),以達到既能降低能耗、減少磨損,同時又能滿足牽引能力和提高動力傳遞效率的目的。

The technical analysis of continuous variable transmission( CVT) and continuous variable transmission fluids (CVTF)was studied.The property of CVTF was evaluated by test,and the correlation between key indicators,bench test and practical application was analyzed.The tribological property of CVTF was discussed.It was pointed that good lubricating properties and appropriate friction ( friction coefficient ) were both necessary to meet towing capacity and improve power transmission efficiency.
