目的：了解清远市人民医院2009～2013年入院孕妇4种传染病感染情况，对传染病感染的孕妇提供意见和建议。方法提取2009～2013年清远市人民医院住院孕妇病案首页资料，利用SPSS 16.0统计分析艾滋病、乙型肝炎、丙型肝炎和梅毒4种传染病的感染率。结果2009～2013年本院住院孕妇HIV抗体阳性率依次为0.05%、0.00%、0.02%、0.00%、0.05%；乙肝表面抗体阳性率依次为0.12%、0.81%、4.19%、8.36%、9.82%。梅毒阳性率依次为0.50%、0.62%、0.39%、0.58%、0.33%。结论2009～2013年本院住院孕妇HIV抗体阳性率相对平稳，在0.00%～0.05%之间；乙肝表面抗体阳性率有逐年增高趋势；梅毒阳性率有降低趋势。因此，广泛开展健康教育，预防育龄妇女感染。提供艾滋病、梅毒和乙肝检测与咨询服务，加强感染孕产妇及所生儿童孕产期保健和儿童保健服务仍具有重要意义。

목적：료해청원시인민의원2009～2013년입원잉부4충전염병감염정황，대전염병감염적잉부제공의견화건의。방법제취2009～2013년청원시인민의원주원잉부병안수혈자료，이용SPSS 16.0통계분석애자병、을형간염、병형간염화매독4충전염병적감염솔。결과2009～2013년본원주원잉부HIV항체양성솔의차위0.05%、0.00%、0.02%、0.00%、0.05%；을간표면항체양성솔의차위0.12%、0.81%、4.19%、8.36%、9.82%。매독양성솔의차위0.50%、0.62%、0.39%、0.58%、0.33%。결론2009～2013년본원주원잉부HIV항체양성솔상대평은，재0.00%～0.05%지간；을간표면항체양성솔유축년증고추세；매독양성솔유강저추세。인차，엄범개전건강교육，예방육령부녀감염。제공애자병、매독화을간검측여자순복무，가강감염잉산부급소생인동잉산기보건화인동보건복무잉구유중요의의。
Objective To understand the state of infection of four kinds of infectious diseases of the pregnant women in Qing Yuan people’s hospital from 2011 to 2013 years, in order to take comprehensive measures to treat the pregnant women with positive.Methods We using thefirst page data of medical record of pregnant input in the hospital from 2009to2013years to analyze data.then,we use SPSS 16.0 to do statistic analyze of the positive rates of HIVAb、HBsAg、HCVAb、TpPA (or TRUST).Results The positive rates of HIVAb are 0.05%,0.00%,0.02%,0.00%,0.05%; The positive rates of(HBsAg)are 0.12%,0.81%,4.19%,8.36%,9.82%; the positive rates of TpPA (or TRUST) are 0.50%,0.62%,0.39%,0.58 %,0.33%. Conclusion The positive rate of HIVAb is relatively stable, during 0.00% to 0.05%; The positive rate of HBsAg is increase during the year 2009 to 2013; The positive rate of TpPA (or TRUST) is trend to descend. In a word, unfolding extensive publicity and education. Preventing women of child-bearing age from infection, Giving counsel of infected with syphilis、AIDS and HBV. Pregnant with infection of heath care and pregnant and prenatal care should be improved should be strengthen child-care services prevent the materno-infant transmission effectively.
