运用在线凝胶色谱-气相色谱质谱联用(GPC-GC/MS)技术,建立一种快速、准确测定菠菜样品中55种农药残留的方法。样品用乙腈提取,经盐析、 PSA净化后,使用GPC-GC/MS进行检测。结果表明:各组分分离良好,在0.025、0.05及0.10 mg/kg 3个添加水平,55种农药的回收率在81.3%~106.2%,相对标准偏差均低于10.3%;在0.01~0.5μg/mL浓度范围内,线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.9953;55种农药的检出限为0.005~0.5μg/kg。该方法准确、灵敏、快速,可满足对菠菜中55种农药残留的检测需要。

운용재선응효색보-기상색보질보련용(GPC-GC/MS)기술,건립일충쾌속、준학측정파채양품중55충농약잔류적방법。양품용을정제취,경염석、 PSA정화후,사용GPC-GC/MS진행검측。결과표명:각조분분리량호,재0.025、0.05급0.10 mg/kg 3개첨가수평,55충농약적회수솔재81.3%~106.2%,상대표준편차균저우10.3%;재0.01~0.5μg/mL농도범위내,선성관계량호,상관계수균대우0.9953;55충농약적검출한위0.005~0.5μg/kg。해방법준학、령민、쾌속,가만족대파채중55충농약잔류적검측수요。
Method for the determination of 55 pesticide multiresidues in spinach by On-line GPC-GC/MS was developed. The sample was extracted with acetonitrile, and cleaned by PSA powder after salting out. The final purified extract was analyzed by GPC-GC/MS. The average recoveries of 55 kinds of pesticide at three spiked concentration levels (0.025, 0.05 and 0.10 mg/kg) ranged from 81.3~106.2% with the relative standard deviations (RSDs) below 10.3%. Good linearity which correlation coefficient was greater than 0.995 3 was observed in the range of 0.01 to 0.5 μg/mL. The limits of detection (LODs) of 55 pesticides were 0.005~0.5 μg/kg. The method is easy, fast, and more sensitive. It also indicated that this method can meet the requirements for determination of 55 pesticide multiresidues in spinach.
