专利作为衡量和评价技术发展的重要指标，已经越来越受到企业的重视，同时，专利可产业化又是促进企业经济增长的关键问题之一。以专利可产业化能力为切入点，运用2008-2012年浙江省专利调研数据，从市场角度界定了专利可产业化能力，并从专利研发周期、研发成本、企业内部激励方式、研发方式、专利类型等5个方面分析了提高专利可产业化能力价值的路径。同时，通过构建简易的计量经济学模型，提出了不同规模企业提高专利产业化能力的最佳研发周期以及最优研发方式，并从企业专利发展角度提出了对策建议。

As an important factor of evaluating the technology advancement,Patent industrialization has been receiving in-creasingly more and more attention from entrepreneurs in many different fields.However,the commercialization of patent is still a tough problem to be solved and on the other hand the success of commercialization of patent is a big resource of e-conomic growth.Using the survey data conducted by us during 2018-2012,we start by defining the concept of ability of Patent industrialization from the aspect of market demand,and then evaluated the commercialization ability of patent by five different influencing factors.Based on patent development cycle、R&D cost、encouragement method and the category of patent these factors,we set up binary response models to find out the best Patent development cycle and best method to invent a patent.Finally,the paper put forward some targeted suggestions for enterprises.
