为降低空冷凝汽器热负荷并提高机组真空和热经济性,以NK600-24.2/566/566排汽管道为研究对象,建立了直接空冷机组雾化补水模型,在不同喷嘴布置方案下,利用FLUENT对雾化效果进行数值摸拟。通过数值计算找到最佳喷嘴布置方案并得到该方案下补水量对雾化效果的影响及排汽温度场变化。结果表明:相同喷嘴压力和孔径下,适当的双截面喷嘴布置方式下的雾化效果优于单截面布置方式;喷嘴采用单截面布置时,交叉布置方式的雾化效果优于平行布置。

In order to reduce the heat load of air-cooled condenser and improve the vacuum and thermal economy of unit, taking the NK600-24.2/566/566 exhaust pipe as the object of study, this paper establishes the model of atomized make-up water for direct air-cooled unit, under different scheme of the nozzle layout.And it performs a numerical simulation about atomizing effect by using FLUENT through numerical calculation to find the optimal scheme of nozzle arrangement and influence of make-up water amount on the atomization effect and change of ex-haust temperature field.The results showed that with the same nozzle pressure and diameter, atomizing effect of proper double section of the nozzle arrangement is better than single section, and cross layout is superior to parallel layout when the nozzle is with single cross section layout.
