一个综合素养较高的大学生应当同时具备较高的公益素养。浙江传媒学院创新公益传播新途径，打造公益性社团组织——雷锋服务公司志愿服务新平台，研究雷锋精神传承新载体，通过强化公益意识、提高公益认知、升华公益情感、锤炼公益意志、强化公益执行等五大步骤来实施大学生公益素养提升计划，并取得了一定的成效，有助于高校青年志愿服务工作路径创新。

College students with higher comprehensive qualities should have higher public attainment. Zhejiang University of Media and Communications creates the approaches of public communication, makes public clubs and organizations the new platform of volunteer service--Lei Feng Service Company, and researches the new carriers of inheriting spirit of Lei Feng. Carrying out the promotion of university students' public attainment via strengthening public spirit, improving public perception, subliming public emotion, strengthening public execution, some effects has been achieved by those activities, which is helpful to innovation of working path of volunteer service.
