以9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DOPO)和顺丁烯二酸酐(MA)为原料合成含磷单体DOPOMA,将其与二元酸、二元醇进行缩聚反应,得到侧链含磷的端羟基饱和聚酯,再将其与 TDI 反应合成含磷阻燃热塑性聚氨酯弹性体。采用红外光谱分析(FT-IR)、热重分析(TGA)、极限氧指数(LOI)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、万能实验机等测试手段对含磷高聚物的结构、热稳定性、成炭能力、力学性能等进行了分析。结果表明,随着 P 含量的增加,LOI 值逐渐增大,分解温度逐渐提高,残炭率逐渐增大。燃烧炭层致密,P 元素的引入对材料的力学性能影响较小。
以9,10-二氫-9-氧雜-10-燐雜菲-10-氧化物(DOPO)和順丁烯二痠酐(MA)為原料閤成含燐單體DOPOMA,將其與二元痠、二元醇進行縮聚反應,得到側鏈含燐的耑羥基飽和聚酯,再將其與 TDI 反應閤成含燐阻燃熱塑性聚氨酯彈性體。採用紅外光譜分析(FT-IR)、熱重分析(TGA)、極限氧指數(LOI)、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、萬能實驗機等測試手段對含燐高聚物的結構、熱穩定性、成炭能力、力學性能等進行瞭分析。結果錶明,隨著 P 含量的增加,LOI 值逐漸增大,分解溫度逐漸提高,殘炭率逐漸增大。燃燒炭層緻密,P 元素的引入對材料的力學性能影響較小。

DOPOMA was synthesized by 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide (DOPO )and maleic anhydride(MA),then it with dicarboxylic acids and diols by polycondensation reaction to get the side chain phosphorus hydroxyl-terminated saturated polyester,then it with TDI to synthesis phosphorus flame re-tardant thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer.Chemical composition,thermal stability,charring performance, morphology and mechanical properties of phosphorus-containing polymer were investigated by Infrared analysis (FT-IR),Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA),Limiting oxygen index (LOI),Scanning electron microscope (SEM),universal tensiletest machine.The results shows that the LOI gradually rising,decomposition temper-ature and char yield gradually increasing with the increase of P content.The polyurethane become charred layers like a compact network after combustion,the introduction of the P element hardly influence on the mechanical property of materials.
