基于已有理论研究,采用42.5普通硅酸盐水泥、矿渣、硅灰、高效减水剂、消泡剂以及标准砂等原料,进行活性粉末混凝土的配制试验.为了得到比较合理的配合比,制作了多组试件供试验,并研究了不同水胶比、砂胶比、外加剂掺量、钢纤维掺量对于活性粉末混凝土抗压强度和抗折强度的影响.在保证活性粉末混凝土性能的前提下,探究采用常见材料的活性粉末混凝土配合比.
基于已有理論研究,採用42.5普通硅痠鹽水泥、礦渣、硅灰、高效減水劑、消泡劑以及標準砂等原料,進行活性粉末混凝土的配製試驗.為瞭得到比較閤理的配閤比,製作瞭多組試件供試驗,併研究瞭不同水膠比、砂膠比、外加劑摻量、鋼纖維摻量對于活性粉末混凝土抗壓彊度和抗摺彊度的影響.在保證活性粉末混凝土性能的前提下,探究採用常見材料的活性粉末混凝土配閤比.

Based on previous and theoretical study, with raw materials of ordinary Portland cement, slag, silica fume, superplasticizer and standard sand, an experimental research on proportion of reactive powder concrete, was carried out in this paper. In order to obtain a reasonable concrete mixture ratio, several groups of specimens were tested. The effects of water_binder ratio, sand_binder ratio, quantity of admixture and content of steel fiber on compressive and bending strength of RPC were concerned. Under the premise of ensuring the fine quality of reactive powder concrete, the possibility of getting a concrete mixture ratio was explored by using the materails which are easily approached.
