人力资本包括个体的技能、知识，以及工作和生活所必需的各种能力。人力资本投资以教育培训为主要途径，其收益大于物质资本投资。新生代农民工具有职业技能缺失，职业经验泛化，职业适应性差，信息获取能力强，有一定自学能力的人力资本特征。基于此，新生代农民工职业培训应采取以下策略：以技能培训为主，增强职业能力；开展“定制式”培训，注重培训连续性；完善课程设置，加强职业规划；运用现代教育技术，开展网络远程职业培训；创新培训方法，引导自我导向学习。

Human capital includes the skills ,knowledge ,and necessary capabilities for people to work and live . Human capital investment in education and training as the main way ,its return on investment is greater than the physical capital investment income .New age migrant worker has human capital characteristics that including professional skill shortages ,professional experience generalization , poor ability to adapt ,strong ability to obtain information and certain self -learning ability .So the New age migrant worker’ s vocational training should take the following strategies :regarding vocational skill training as the main training , enhancing vocational skills training ;carrying out “customized”training ,focusing on continuity of training ;improving the curriculum ,strengthening career planning ;using modern education technology ,carrying out the network distance vocational training ;innovating training methods ,guiding self directed learning .
