目的：探讨延续护理中心在优质护理服务中发挥的作用。方法随机选取于本院实施延续护理试点科室住院治疗的患者200例、医生10人、护士15人作为试验组，于非试点科室住院治疗的患者200例、医生10人、护士15人作为对照组，采用卫生部患者满意度调查问卷及本院自制的医生、护士工作满意度问卷进行调查，比较试验组和对照组患者、护士的满意度。结果患者满意度比较，试验组为95％，对照组为65％；医生满意度比较，试验组为90％，对照组为80％；护士满意度比较，试验组为93％，对照组为80％，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0．05）。结论开展延续护理服务切实提升了患者、医生及护士的满意度，提高了护理质量，深化了优质护理内涵。
목적：탐토연속호리중심재우질호리복무중발휘적작용。방법수궤선취우본원실시연속호리시점과실주원치료적환자200례、의생10인、호사15인작위시험조，우비시점과실주원치료적환자200례、의생10인、호사15인작위대조조，채용위생부환자만의도조사문권급본원자제적의생、호사공작만의도문권진행조사，비교시험조화대조조환자、호사적만의도。결과환자만의도비교，시험조위95％，대조조위65％；의생만의도비교，시험조위90％，대조조위80％；호사만의도비교，시험조위93％，대조조위80％，차이균유통계학의의（균P＜0．05）。결론개전연속호리복무절실제승료환자、의생급호사적만의도，제고료호리질량，심화료우질호리내함。
Objective To explore the effect of continuing nursing in high quality of nursing service.Methods 200 patients,10 doctors and 15 nurses from experimental ward were randomized to the experimental group with continuing nursing care,another 200 patients,10 doctors and 15 nurses from non-experimental ward were randomized to the control group with usual nursing care.Compare the two group by the patient satisfaction questionnaire made by the Ministry of Health and the self-designed questionnaire of doctors and nurses’ job satisfaction.Results The patient satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than the control group(95%vs 65%,P<0.05);The doctors’ job satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than the control group(90%vs 80%,P<0.05);The nurses’ job satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than the control group(93%vs 80%,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuing nursing care can improve the patients’ satis?faction,and doctors and nurses’ job satisfaction,and the quality of nursing care,and also can deepen the meaning of quality nursing.
