通过对索梁锚固区钢锚箱进行有限元计算,研究锚垫板和承压板间接触参数变化以及锚垫板分别采用实体单元和板单元模拟对钢锚箱结构受力的影响,并和等效板厚法计算结果进行对比。结果表明:接触刚度因子取值大小对钢锚箱的应力有很大影响;锚垫板采用实体单元模拟更符合实际受力情况;非线性接触单元法的计算结果能够更准确地反映承压板和锚垫板的连接以及承压板附近板件的应力情况,而等效板厚法计算结果偏保守。

By calculating cable-girder steel anchor box,we aim at analyzing the parametric variation of anchor plate and bearing plate,the different impact of using solid element and shell element to simulate and comparing with the outcome of equivalent plate thickness method. The results showed that:the value of contacting stiffness factors greatly influences the stress of steel anchor box;applying solid element to simulate was more suitable for the real stress condition;the outcome of non-linear contact element method was more accurate to reflect the connection of bearing plate and anchor plate and the reaction of plates around bearing plate under stress whereas the outcome of equivalent plate thickness method was more conservative.
