The construction of the Party conduct and of an honest and clean government and the anti-corruption work at colleges should be based on scientific outlook on development,so as to build a new system,new elements as well as new mechanism integrity cul?ture construction,which has great effects on forming a new environment of clean politics and honest culture,and promoting the construc?tion of anti-corruption. As a consequence,it is necessary to lead different elements of an honest and clean government and the anti-corrup?tion work in colleges,such as influence function,function of the moral law,osmosis function,environment construction and the guide func?tion under four-dimension scientific development. Above all,all the actions will make it honest in education and policy to gain better ef?fects.
