目的:探讨教学做一体化教学模式在护理基本技术教学中的应用方法及效果。方法随机抽取本院2012级护理专业两个班为对照组,两个班为实验组。对照组采用传统教学方法,实验组采用教学做一体化教学方法。结果实验组护生理论、技能和综合护理成绩均显著优于对照组护生(均 P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;实验组90%以上的护生认为教学做一体化的教学方式能提高护生的学习、沟通、分析问题的能力,有利于整体护理观的培养。结论教学做一体化教学模式提高了护理基本技术教学效果,有利于培养护生的护理能力。

목적:탐토교학주일체화교학모식재호리기본기술교학중적응용방법급효과。방법수궤추취본원2012급호리전업량개반위대조조,량개반위실험조。대조조채용전통교학방법,실험조채용교학주일체화교학방법。결과실험조호생이론、기능화종합호리성적균현저우우대조조호생(균 P<0.05),차이유통계학의의;실험조90%이상적호생인위교학주일체화적교학방식능제고호생적학습、구통、분석문제적능력,유리우정체호리관적배양。결론교학주일체화교학모식제고료호리기본기술교학효과,유리우배양호생적호리능력。
Objective To study the method and effect of teaching‐learning‐practice model in the teaching of Nurs‐ing Fundamental .Method Two nursing classes were randomly recruited as the experimental group and other two nursing classes as the control group .The experimental group took the teaching‐learning‐practice model while the control group took the conventional teaching method .Result The score of the theory exam ,operation exam and com‐prehensive nursing in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group (P<0 .05) ,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant ;90% of students in the experimental group reported that teach‐ing‐learning‐practice model improved their ability of learning ,communication and problem‐analyzing ,also beneficial to the development of holistic nursing concept .Conclusion Teaching‐learning‐practice model can improve the teaching outcomes of Nursing Fundamental and be beneficial to develop students'nursing ability .
