水热条件下,以双氧水和钼粉制备的过氧钼酸溶胶为钼源,乙醇为还原剂制备得到 MoO 2纳米棒。利用 X 射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)以及场发射高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)对产物的结构与形貌进行表征。结果表明,水热反应初期过氧钼酸溶胶首先生成 Mo3纳米带,随后在还原剂的作用下,纳米带逐渐劈裂成扇形 Mo8 O 23,最后在乙醇的还原下,扇形 Mo8 O 23纳米片进一步劈裂形成结晶良好的MoO 2纳米棒。
水熱條件下,以雙氧水和鉬粉製備的過氧鉬痠溶膠為鉬源,乙醇為還原劑製備得到 MoO 2納米棒。利用 X 射線衍射(XRD)、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)以及場髮射高分辨透射電子顯微鏡(HRTEM)對產物的結構與形貌進行錶徵。結果錶明,水熱反應初期過氧鉬痠溶膠首先生成 Mo3納米帶,隨後在還原劑的作用下,納米帶逐漸劈裂成扇形 Mo8 O 23,最後在乙醇的還原下,扇形 Mo8 O 23納米片進一步劈裂形成結晶良好的MoO 2納米棒。
수열조건하,이쌍양수화목분제비적과양목산용효위목원,을순위환원제제비득도 MoO 2납미봉。이용 X 사선연사(XRD)、소묘전자현미경(SEM)이급장발사고분변투사전자현미경(HRTEM)대산물적결구여형모진행표정。결과표명,수열반응초기과양목산용효수선생성 Mo3납미대,수후재환원제적작용하,납미대축점벽렬성선형 Mo8 O 23,최후재을순적환원하,선형 Mo8 O 23납미편진일보벽렬형성결정량호적MoO 2납미봉。
Molybdenum dioxide nanorods were prepared from peroxomolybdic acid sols via hydrothermal meth-od.The morphology and structure of the samples were characterized by XRD,SEM and HRTEM.The growth mechanism of the MoO 2 nanorods was investigated by studying the influence of hydrothermal time on the struc-ture and morphology of the products.MoO 2 nanorods were obtained by one-pot hydrothermal process using eth-anol as a weak reducing agent,and the phase evolution of MoO 3 nanobelts—Mo8 O 23 nanosheets—MoO 2 nano-rods was demonstrated by theoretical and experimental analysis.
