This paper expounds the significance of the regional information resources sharing of university library, and in the light of the problems currently occurring in information co-construction and sharing, puts forward some concrete strategies for university library to construct the information resources sharing platform, and points out that university library should carry out the characteristic collection construction to lay the good foundation for the operation of regional library consortium.
