With the coordinated development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei region strategic rise for the national strategy ,how to speed up the development of higher education in Hebei ,enhance escort for regional economic and social development , become the primary problem to be solved . This article analyzes the present situation of higher education in Hebei province deeply expounds the use of location advantage to develop the possibility of higher education ,and discusses the main way for the development of higher education in Hebei .
