以蚌埠市淮河公路桥工程为依托,研发了一种拼装式的步履式顶推施工装置,介绍了该桥钢箱梁步履式顶推施工的工艺方法,以及施工中多点同步控制系统出现问题的解决方法。实践证明了该顶推装置能够完全满足步履式顶推工艺技术的要求。

Based on the Huaihe River highway bridge project in Bengbu city, a sort of combinatorial walking?style incremental launching device was excogitated. The walking?style incremental launching construction method for steel box girder of the bridge and the method to solve the problem of the multi?point isochronous control system in construction are introduced. The practice proves that the incremental launching device can meet completely the needs for the technology of walking?style incremental launching.
