介绍了我国农村生活污水的特点、所造成的环境污染及其危害、污水处理的现状，对目前农村生活污水的处理措施进行了分析，结果表明：为了确保农村污水治理工作有序开展，应先行编制排水工程规则；今后应将常温厌氧处理、高效低耗的好氧处理技术、生物化学结合处理及生态与人工处理相结合的工艺作为研究与开发的重点，并规范工程运行管理等。

The characteristics, resulted environmental pollution and hazard, and the current treatment status of the do-mestic sewage in rural areas of China are presented.Treatment measures that are adopted currently are analyzed.It shows that a sewerage system plan should be prepared in advance to facilitate the sewage treatment work in rural areas. Emphasis should be put on the study and development of sewage treatment technologies such as the anaerobic treatment at normal temperature, aerobic treatment, bio-chemical combination treatment, and the combination of ecological and artificial treatments.Also, the management of sewerage system should be intensified.
