PBL教学法是以问题为中心来处理教材和组织教学的一种教学方法,是通过引导学生提出问题、思考问题、回答问题和解决问题,从而培养学生主动获取专业知识的能力。 PBL教学可提高学生的学习能力、动手实践能力和探索创新能力。以食品质量与安全专业教学为例,在食品原料学课程教学中对这种教学模式进行探索,取得良好的效果。

Problem-based learning(PBL)is a kind of teaching method which based on problems for teaching materials deal with and organization is generated to guide students through the forming problems,thinking questions,answering and solving problems in order to foster students ability to take the initiative to acquire knowledge. PBL will help improve student learning ability,innovation and practical ability. In this paper,the teaching practice of food quality and safety are tested,and this teaching model is explored in food material teaching,and achieved better results.
