目的：研究广西汉族遗传性状基因频率分布特点。方法采取群体遗传公认的方法调查了705名广西汉族大学生的卷舌、前额发际、耳垂、翻舌、眼睑、发旋、小拇指弯曲、拇指类型8对遗传性状，并与其他地区汉族进行聚类分析。结果调查结果显示，前额发际、耳垂、翻舌、卷舌、小拇指弯曲、拇指类型隐性基因频率高于显性基因频率，眼睑、发旋隐性基因频率低于显性基因频率；与其他地区汉族存在差异，广西汉族与宁夏汉族遗传距离（0.1700）最近，与江西汉族遗传距离（0.4745）最远。结论广西汉族人群遗传性状基因频率存在一定特点，其群体遗传学意义有待进一步探讨。
목적：연구엄서한족유전성상기인빈솔분포특점。방법채취군체유전공인적방법조사료705명엄서한족대학생적권설、전액발제、이수、번설、안검、발선、소무지만곡、무지류형8대유전성상，병여기타지구한족진행취류분석。결과조사결과현시，전액발제、이수、번설、권설、소무지만곡、무지류형은성기인빈솔고우현성기인빈솔，안검、발선은성기인빈솔저우현성기인빈솔；여기타지구한족존재차이，엄서한족여저하한족유전거리（0.1700）최근，여강서한족유전거리（0.4745）최원。결론엄서한족인군유전성상기인빈솔존재일정특점，기군체유전학의의유대진일보탐토。
Objective To investigate the gene frequency distribution characteristics of genetic traits of Han—nationality students in Guangxi. Methods A survey recognized by population genetics was conducted to 8 pairs of genetic traits of 705 Han nationality college students in Guangxi including the volumes tongue, forehead hairline,earlobe,turning tongue,eyelids,hair spin, bent little finger,thumb type and made a cluster analysis with the other regions the Han nationality students. Results The results showed that the recessive gene frequency of forehead hairline ,earlobe,turning tongue,eyelids,bent little finger and thumb type were higher than those of dominant gene frequency while the recessive gene frequency in eyelids and hair spin were lower than the dominant gene frequency. There was difference with the Han nationality students in the other regions ,in which,the Han nationality students in Guangxi was most similar to those in Ningxia in genetic distance ,being 0.170 0 and most distant with those in Jiangxi,being 0.474 5. Conclusion The gene frequency distribution characteristics of genetic traits of Han—nationality popula—tion in Guangxi has its certain genetic trait,whose mass genetics significance need explore further.
