采用高效液相色谱法,使用Promosil C18色谱柱,以乙腈+水(水用磷酸调pH=3)为流动相,在285 nm波长下对25 g/L五氟磺草胺可分散油悬浮剂进行定量分析。结果表明:五氟磺草胺在质量浓度32.80~163.98 mg/L范围内,方法的线性相关系数为0.9999;方法的回收率为99.40%~100.43%。方法操作简便,精密度、准确度高。

A quantitative analysis method of penoxsulam 25 g/L OD was determined by HPLC on Promosil C18 column at 285 nm, using acetonitrile + water as mobile phase. The results showed that the correlation coefficient of the method was 0.999 9 at the concentration of 32.80-163.98 mg/L, the recoveries were 99.40%-100.43%. The method was simple and accurate.
