采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇+酸水(体积比85∶15,水用磷酸调 pH 至3.0)为流动相,经ODS BP色谱柱分离,在260 nm波长下对45%唑醚·氟啶胺悬浮剂进行定量分析。结果表明,吡唑醚菌酯和氟啶胺的线性相关系数均为0.9998,变异系数分别为0.38%和0.44%,平均回收率分别为99.82%和99.79%。

A method was established for determination of pyraclostrobin + fluazinam 45% SC by HPLC, using methanol + acidic water (volume ratio of 85∶15) as mobile phase. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of pyraclostrobin and fluazinam were both 0.999 8, the variation coefficients were 0.38% and 0.44%, the average recoveries were 99.82%and 99.79%, respectively.
