当前常规中央空调系统普遍存在能耗高的问题,不符合国家提倡节能低碳的总体要求,对现有空调系统进行节能改造非常有必要。以某家居城中央空调系统节能改造为例,采用能耗模拟软件分析得出该家居城的主要能耗构成,提出对原空调系统采用水蓄冷技术进行节能改造,预测项目改造后的节能量。项目实施节能改造后,通过测试空调系统的实际运行参数得出能耗分布情况,发现模拟预测结果与实测结果一致,达到了预期的节能效果。表明在实际空调节能改造项目中,通过能耗分析软件模拟分析结果为后续项目改造提供节能预测评估的方法可行,其研究方法可为空调行业及相关领域的节能改造工程借鉴。

It is quite necessary for the existing air conditioning system to do an energy saving reconstruction, since the conventional central air-conditioning system has a common problem of high energy consumption,which is inconsistent with the energy saving and low carbon promoted requirement of the country. This paper makes an exam-ple of the central air-conditioning system’s energy saving reconstruction of a furniture store,analyzes the main ener-gy consumption structure of the store by using energy simulation software,puts forward to apply cool-storage technol-ogy to improve the original system,and then predicts the energy saving quantity. After the improvement,the simula-tion results of the energy consumption distribution are consistent with the actual measurement results,which show reaching the expected effect. This indicates that the method using the results obtained by energy simulation software to evaluate energy saving for the follow-up project reconstruction is feasible in the actual renovation project. It can be referenced for energy saving reconstruction project of air conditioning industry and related fields.
