马太效应在各个行业都是不可避免的,但由于护士缺乏就业压力、新入职护士学历差距逐年扩大等原因,使护士群体的马太效应成逐年恶化的趋势。本研究以解决该问题为出发点,从提高护士的工资待遇、给护士适当的工作压力、培养护士爱岗敬业的工作精神3个方面提出了解决的方法,希望能够起到抛砖引玉的效果。
馬太效應在各箇行業都是不可避免的,但由于護士缺乏就業壓力、新入職護士學歷差距逐年擴大等原因,使護士群體的馬太效應成逐年噁化的趨勢。本研究以解決該問題為齣髮點,從提高護士的工資待遇、給護士適噹的工作壓力、培養護士愛崗敬業的工作精神3箇方麵提齣瞭解決的方法,希望能夠起到拋磚引玉的效果。

The Matthew effect in all sectors is inevitable, but due to the lack ofemployment pressure, the newly recruited nurses' educational gap has expanded each year, the Matthew effect nurses into the worsening trend. In order to solve the problem as a starting point, the solutions are proposed from three aspects to improve nurses'wages, to the working pressure, the nurse proper training nurses dedicated working spirit, hope to be able to play good effect.
