针对电力需求侧管理中分时电价方案制订上需要考虑多方面因素来判断用户是否响应管理方案,采用层次分析法分析方案的可实施性。由层次分析法建立电力需求侧管理的数学层次模型,并且通过对山东某钢铁企业的调查,将数据用层次分析法所建模型进行分析,从而验证层次分析法可以为电力需求侧管理方案决策提供合理的理论依据。

In the demand side management of electricity power, a large number of factors are to be considered in the for-mulation of time-of-use ( TOU) power pricing scheme to determine whether the users respond to the management solu-tion.Thus, the analytic hierarchy process ( AHP) is adopted to analyze the feasibility of such scheme.A mathematical hierarchy model for the demand side management is developed on an iron and steel enterprise in Shangdong Province. Investigation data is then analyzed with this model.Results show that the AHP is able to provide reasonable theoretical reference to the decision-making process in the demand side management of electricity power.
