提出了一种基于TMS320F28335的无速度传感器异步电机矢量控制系统的设计。根据异步电机的数学表达式建立一种较准确的转子磁链和转速的估算模型,以DSP为主控制器,给出了系统的整体结构,并采用电压空间矢量调制算法对电机进行控制。利用双PWM变流器对系统进行试验验证。试验结果表明了理论的正确性,证明系统具有良好的性能。

A speed sensorless vector control system of asynchronous motor based on DSP(TMS320F28335)was presented. According to the mathematical expression of the asynchronous motor, a accurate estimation model for the rotor flux and speed was established. The overall stucture of the system was given. In this system, DSP was the master controller and control the motor by using voltage space vector modulation algorithm. Based on dual-PWM converter, some experiments were given and the experiment results showed the good performance of the system.
