Acid-washing method was a new surface treatment method of motor rotor, It could reduce stray loss 0. 3% ~0. 8% , the efficiency of motor was increased significantly. A rotor acid-washing machine was developed, it could deburr rotor using acid-washing method automatically, the working efficiency and product quality was increased, and the labor intensity was reduced substantially. By application the machine in a motor workshop, the result verification was feasible.
