针对接触式机械密封普遍存在的渗漏现象,考虑到流体在多孔介质中的流动和在密封端面间的流动具有相似特征,基于多孔介质模型建立密封端面间渗流模型,通过对动量方程和连续性方程的推导,得到适用于密封端面间流体流动的控制方程,提出一种密封端面间泄漏率的解析计算新方法,并与COMSOL数值模拟得到的泄漏率进行对比分析;研究孔隙率、端面表面粗糙度、膜厚、密封介质压力和弹簧比压对静压泄漏特性的影响规律。结果表明,泄漏率随孔隙率、端面表面粗糙度、膜厚和密封介质压力的增大而增大,随弹簧比压的增大而减小,解析计算结果和数值模拟结果的变化趋势基本一致,证明该解析法计算泄漏率具有实用性和可行性。

As to the leak phenomenon commonly happened in the contacting mechanical seal,considering the similarity between the fluid flow in porous media and the seal gap of the mechanical seal end face,the model of the percolation flow between mechanical end faces was established based on the porous media model.By deriving the momentum equation and continuity equation,the governing equation is deduced,which is suitable for describing the fluid flow of mechanical end face.A new analytical solution evaluating the leakage rate of the mechanical end face was introduced.The calculated results were compared with ones obtained by COMSOL.The effect of porosity,roughness,film thickness,seal pressure and spring pressure on leakage performance was analyzed.The results show that the leakage rate is increased with the increase of po?rosity,roughness,film thickness and the sealing pressure,and deceased with the increase of the spring pressure.The ob?tained analytical results show the same trend with the numerical results,which verifies that the current analytical method is practical and feasible.
