课堂教学评价是教学质量监控系统的重要组成部分,通过构建科学合理的评价指标体系,对课堂教学进行客观、公正的评价,对帮助学生学习、提升教学质量以及完善教学管理具有重要的现实意义。当前,高校课堂教学评价指标体系设计的问题表现为:评价理念滞后于现代教学观,指标设计体现“以教论教”;评价指标设计缺乏科学性,导向功能薄弱;评价指标的可测性不强,评价结果缺乏准确性。在对以学生为本的课堂教学评价的理论基础和评价理念进行探讨的基础上,提出课堂教学评价理念应从“以教论教”向“以学论教”转变。同时,提出以学论教评价指标的设计要体现学术性、互动性、成长性、差异性、导向性和可测性等原则,并基于学生为本视角,构建了可供参考的以学评教课堂教学评价指标体系。
課堂教學評價是教學質量鑑控繫統的重要組成部分,通過構建科學閤理的評價指標體繫,對課堂教學進行客觀、公正的評價,對幫助學生學習、提升教學質量以及完善教學管理具有重要的現實意義。噹前,高校課堂教學評價指標體繫設計的問題錶現為:評價理唸滯後于現代教學觀,指標設計體現“以教論教”;評價指標設計缺乏科學性,導嚮功能薄弱;評價指標的可測性不彊,評價結果缺乏準確性。在對以學生為本的課堂教學評價的理論基礎和評價理唸進行探討的基礎上,提齣課堂教學評價理唸應從“以教論教”嚮“以學論教”轉變。同時,提齣以學論教評價指標的設計要體現學術性、互動性、成長性、差異性、導嚮性和可測性等原則,併基于學生為本視角,構建瞭可供參攷的以學評教課堂教學評價指標體繫。

Classroom teaching quality assessment is an indispensable part of teaching quality monitor system. Establishing scientific and reasonable quality assessment system to objectively and justly evaluate the classroom teaching has great practical significance in promoting teachers’teaching level,improving students’study and ensu_ring teaching management system. At present,the problems of college classroom teaching evaluation index system design are as follows,the assessment concept is falling behind the modern teaching theory,index design showing teaching-oriented;the design of assessment index is not scientific,showing weakness of guiding function;the as_sessment index is not capable of test,leading to the lack of correctness for the result. Based on the analysis of theo_ry base and evaluation concept of student- oriented classroom teaching evaluation,it was proposed that the class_room teaching evaluation concept should change from the teaching-oriented to the learning-centered. At the same time,the design of learning-centered evaluation index should reflect the academic,interactive,growth,differenti_ation,guiding and measure principle,and based on the perspective of students,the classroom teaching evaluation index system was constructed for reference.
