针对跨国公司(Multi-national Corporation,MNC)母、子公司间逆向知识转移的网络关联特性和群策略演化问题,以网络视角剖析跨国公司逆向知识转移的内涵与过程,在此基础上构建具有星型网络结构的MNC逆向知识转移进化博弈模型,通过求解稳定策略(ESS)分析母子公司间逆向知识转移的群策略演化机理。最后,依据群策略演化的关键参数(关系强度、吸收能力、机会成本、收益损失),借助复杂自适应系统(CAS)的回声模型,设计MNC逆向知识转移网络演化保障机制。

The purpose of our paper is to solve the question of the evolution of group strategy and network connection char-acteristics for MNCs reverse knowledge transfer between parents and subsidiaries.First we decompose the connotation and process of the multinational reverse knowledge transfer from network perspective;after then the research builds evo-lutionary game model of MNC reverse knowledge transfer possessing network star characteristics and by studying the sta-ble strategy to analysis the group strategy evolution mechanism between the parent-subsidiary multinationals;Finally, based on the key parameters of the group strategy evolution (relationship strength,absorption capacity,opportunity cost, loss of revenue),we design mechanism of MNC reverse knowledge transfer network in virtue of the echo model from the complex adaptive system (CAS).
