已有台架试验研究表明润滑油对变速箱的传动效率有一定的影响,为此按照GB/T 12545?5?2008模拟汽车综合循环工况,采用整车台架模拟试验研究变速箱润滑油对汽车综合循环工况油耗的影响,验证了低黏度润滑油对提高变速箱以至于提升整车效率、降低整车油耗具有积极的作用。实验结果表明,不同黏度的变速箱润滑油对整车油耗有不同的影响,采用低黏度的变速箱润滑油能更有效地降低整车油耗。

Studies have shown that lubricating oil has some influence on the efficiency of the transmission gearbox. By simulating the vehicle combined cycle mode according to GB/T 12545?5?2008,the vehicle simulation test was performed to study the influence of transmission gearbox lubricating oil on the vehicle fuel consumption at combined cycle mode.The test result verified that low?viscosity oil has a positive effect on improving the efficiency of transmission gearbox and vehicle, and reducing vehicle fuel consumption. The experimental results also show that transmission oil of different viscosity has different effects on vehicle fuel consumption, and the low?viscosity oil of transmission gearbox can effectively reduce the vehicle fuel consumption.
