Oxidation%Anti-oxidation%HBO%Exercise load%Plateau
目的 探讨由平原移居高原的人员负荷运动前后氧化/抗氧化状态及高压氧预处理(hyperbaric oxygen preconditioning,HBOP)的影响.方法 选择由平原入伍到高原6~ 24个月的健康男性战士6名为研究对象,分别在HBOP前、5d、7d后检测这些战士静息时、运动后30 min时的血清8-异前列腺素F2α(8-iso PGF2α)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的变化.运动方式为:踏阶运动5 min,25次/min,阶高30 cm,用节拍器控制踏阶节奏和计时,劳动强度相当于650 kg·m/min,属中等偏重强度的体力劳动.结果 HBOP前、运动后血清8-iso PGF2a、MDA水平[(9.69±0.44) μg/L,(9.55±0.62) pmol/L]均显著高于安静时[(7.17 ±0.51) μg/L,(7.40±0.39)pmol/L],SOD、GSH-Px水平[(56.83±5.07) nU/L,(95.05±8.95) U/L]均显著低于安静时[(77.15±6.39)nU/L,(121.00±10.87) U/L],差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.01);HBOP后,运动后血清8-iso PGF2α、MDA、SOD以及GSH-Px水平与安静时比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);HBOP5d、7d后,运动后的血清8-iso PGF2α、MDA水平均较HBOP前运动后显著降低,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.01);HBOP 5 d、7d后,运动后血清SOD、GSH-Px水平均较预处理前运动后显著升高,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.01);经HBOP 7 d后的各指标水平与HBOP 5 d后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 由平原移居高原的人员在高原中等强度负荷运动时,存在明显的氧化应激,HBOP可显著提高高原体力负荷劳动时的抗氧化能力,减轻氧化应激性损伤,且经5 d HBOP即可纠正机体氧化/抗氧化失衡.

Objective To investigate the state of oxidation/anti-oxidation before and after load exercises in military personnel who moved from plain to plateau,and intervention effects of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) preconditioning.Methods Six healthy male soldiers who used to live in the plain region,joined the army,and moved to the plateau region 6 to 12 months ago were enrolled for our study.Before HBO preconditioning and after 5-day and 7-day preconditioning,changes in the levels of serum 8-iso PGF2α,malondialdehyde (MDA),superoxide dismutase (SOD) and GSH-Px were detected both at rest and 30 min after exercise.The mode of exercise was 5-min walking up the steps at a rate of 25 steps,with the height of each step being 30 cm.A pacer was used to control the rate of walking up the steps and measure time consumption.Exercise intensity was equivalent to 650 kg · m/min (medium and slightly heavy intensity exercise).Results Before HBOP,levels of serum 8-iso PGF2α and MDA detected after exercise were significantly higher that those at rest,while the levels of SOD and GSH-Px were significantly lower than those at rest,with statistical significance (P <0.01).After 5-day and 7-day HBOP,no significant differences in the levels of 8-iso PGF2α,MDA,SOD and GSH-Px could be detected after exercise,as compared with those detected at rest,all without statistical significance (P < 0.05).The levels of 8-iso PGF2α and MDA detected after exercise were significantly lower than those detected after exercise and prior to HBO preconditioning,all with statistical significance (P < 0.01).And no significant differences could be seen in various indicators,when comparisons were made between the indicators detected after 7-day and 5-day HBOP.Conclusions Oxidative stress was obviously present in plateau soldiers,when undertaking moderate intensity exercise.HBO preconditioning could significantly increase anti-oxidative capacity of soldiers with physical load in the plateau region and alleviate oxidative stress injury,and moreover,the imbalancc between oxidation and anti-oxidation could be rectified after 5-day HBOP.
