网络环境下，高校图书馆发生了根本性变化，传统图书馆逐步转型升级为现代图书馆，信息传递方式由以纸质媒介为主转向纸质媒介和电子媒介并重。高校图书馆需要推进服务创新，通过更新思想观念、优化馆藏资源、创新服务方式、提升馆员素质，来适应时代发展的新变化与新要求。
網絡環境下，高校圖書館髮生瞭根本性變化，傳統圖書館逐步轉型升級為現代圖書館，信息傳遞方式由以紙質媒介為主轉嚮紙質媒介和電子媒介併重。高校圖書館需要推進服務創新，通過更新思想觀唸、優化館藏資源、創新服務方式、提升館員素質，來適應時代髮展的新變化與新要求。

In the network environment, fundamental changes have taken place in university library, the traditional library has transformed and upgraded into the modern library step by step, and the mode of intelligence transmission has transformed from the mode of giving priority to print media into the mode of paying equal attention to print media and electronic media. University library needs to promote the service innovation to adapt to the new changes and new demands of times development through renewing the ideas and concepts, optimizing the collection resources, innovating the service mode and improving the librarians’ quality.
