目的 研究某型医用多糖止血愈合海绵的阻水、透湿性能.方法 参考国家医药行业标准中的相关规定,取某型医用多糖止血愈合海绵2个型号的辅助敷料各3片,进行500 mm静水压阻水性能实验、水蒸汽透过性能实验,以及整体敷料动物贴敷的防水性能实验.实验动物为健康成年雄性SD大鼠,12只,体质量(185.1 ±27.6)g,按数字表法随机分为淡水组和海水组,每组6只.结果 阻水实验结果表明,300 s后滤纸上没有水渍;水蒸汽透过性能实验表明,水蒸汽接触时辅助敷料的平均水蒸汽透过率为(5 586±373)g/(m2·24 h),液体接触时辅助敷料的平均水蒸汽透过率为(11 359±406)g/(m2· 24 h);防水性能实验结果表明,淡水组、海水组SD大鼠背部敷料揭开后内部滤纸片干燥,止血成分无吸水表现.结论 该型医用多糖止血愈合海绵辅助敷料的阻水性能及水蒸汽透过性符合医药行业标准,整体敷料具有防水性能.

Objective To research water resistance and moisture permeability of the polysaccharide haemostatic medical sponge.Methods With reference to relevant provisions as specified in the national pharmaceutical standards,3 dressings each from the certain type of 2 polysaccharide haemostatic medical sponges were taken for water resistance tests at a hydrostatic pressure of 500 mm,moisture permeability tests,as well as integrated water resistance tests.Results Water resistance tests indicated that there were no stains of water on the filter paper after 300 seconds.Moisture permeability tests showed that average moisture transmission rate was (5 586 ± 373) g/(m2 · 24 h) when water vapors came into contact with the ancillary dressing,and average water vapor transmission rate was(11 359 ±406)g/(m2 · 24 h),when the liquid came into contact with the ancillary dressing.Water resistance tests indicated that the internal filter paper on the back of the rat was dry and water absorption was not clearly visible in the haemostatic material.Conclusions The water resistance and moisture permeability of the ancillary dressing in the polysaccharide haemostatic medical sponge could meet the standards of pharmaceutical industry and it had good water resistance.
