本文在阐述“仁德、仁术、仁人”育人理念基本内涵的基础上,结合中医药研究生培养教育的特点,提出应当将“仁德理念下的行为倡导,仁术观点下的学术引导,仁人理念下的全面发展”作为中医药研究生培养教育的指导思想,并论述了相关的培养措施,用正确的培养机制和评价标准引导中医药研究生形成优良品格,为中医药研究生培养模式改革的提供发展方向.

The paper expounds the connotation of the idea of educating people including "ethical,skillful,benelolent",combined with the characteristics of the education of traditional Chinese medicine graduate students." Behavior advocating under the concept of ethical,academic guidance under the perspective of skillful,and all-round development under the concept of benelolent",which should be served as the guiding ideology for the education of traditional Chinese medicine graduate students.This paper discusses the related measures for training,and guides traditional Chinese medicine graduate students to form good character by the training mechanism and evaluation standard.It provides direction for the reform of cultivation model of traditional Chinese medicine graduate students.
