独立学院作为一种新的办学模式,已经成为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,但在实际办学过程中仍然存在着人才培养目标定位不明确的问题.本文根据口腔医学高等教育规律和独立学院的特点,对改革独立学院口腔医学专业本科人才培养模式进行了探索,从人才培养目标的定位、课程体系的设置和教学方法入手,结合社会需求,构建具有独立性和特色化的独立学院口腔医学人才培养模式.

As a new model of higher education,the independent college has become an important component of China' s higher education within a short period of time.Because of the existing unreasonable position and other problems of talent training,and according to the essence principals of stomotology higher education and characteristics of the independent college,the talent training model reform of stomotology undergraduate education in the independent college were explored.Combined with social requirements,the contents of reform include the talents target positioning,the curriculum system setting and the choice of teaching methods.The different characteristics of the talent training model of stomotology undergraduate education in independent colleges can be constructed such as independence,specialty and diversity.
