目的 调查徐州医学院药学院导师制实施的现状,分析存在的问题,完善现存的体制,为提高实施成效提供可资借鉴的参考.方法 采用随机整群抽样的方法,在我校药学院2009级至2012级学生中开展调查,使用SPSS 19.0统计软件完成数据统计分析.结果 共发放问卷300份,回收有效问卷253份,有效问卷回收率为84.3%.答卷者中,已经参与本科生导师制的有87名学生,参与率为34.4%.参与过的学生满意程度较高,而且认为导师的态度非常好.然而,目前尚存在着学生对导师制的认识不足、学生积极性较低、导师的数量不足等问题.结论 高校应当引导学生正确认识本科生导师制,完善导师制教育模式,提高导师制实施成效.

Objective Investigate the implementation status of undergraduates on tutorial system in college of pharmacy,analysis of the deficiencies and improve the existing system,provide a reference to improve the effectiveness of the implementation.Methods Using the method of cluster random sampling,students(2009-2012 Grade) from college of pharmacy in Xuzhou Medical College were enrolled to do questionnaire and SPSS 19.0 was used to do statistical analysis.Results Totally 253 copies of questionnaires were collected from 300 students,the recovery rate was 84.3%.Among them,the participation rate in our faculty was 34.4%.Most of them were satisfied with the tutorial system,and they thought the instructor's attitude is very good.But we still faced the problem of students' lack of understanding of mentoring,students' less positive,shortage of instructors and other issues.Conclusions Medical colleges should strive to guide students to have a proper understanding of undergraduate tutorial,improve the system and effectiveness of the implementation.
