探讨以问题为基础学习教学在高等医学专科学校口腔医学专业学生教学中的应用效果.选择丽水学院2009级、2010级三年制口腔医学专业93名学生为实验组,2008级三年级制口腔医学专业81名学生为对照组.实验组采用以问题为基础学习结合教师讲授的教学方法,对照组采用以教师讲授为主的传统教学方法.教学结束后,通过对学生问卷调查、理论考试和实践操作考核,对两种教学方法的教学效果进行评估.问卷调查结果表明,通过以问题为基础学习结合教师讲授的教学方法,实验组学生认为各方面能力均得到了明显提高;实验组学生的理论考试和实践操作考核成绩明显高于对照组学生(P<0.05).以问题为基础学习结合教师讲授的教学方法在医学高等专科学校口腔医学专业口腔颌面外科学教学中效果较好.

To evaluate the application of problem-based learning teaching model in oral and maxillofacial surgery teaching of stomatology technical college students.Using the traditional teacher's lecture-based teaching model in stomatology 2008 three-year 81 students of Lishui University as the control group;Using problem-based learning and lecturing combined model in stomatology 2009,2010 three-year 93 students as experimental group,and the use of questionnaires,the theory test and practical operation test were used to evaluate the results of the instruction methods.By using problem-based learning and lecturing combined model,students' capacity in the experimental group had been significantly improved in all aspects,and the experimental group theory test and practical operation of test results was significantly higher (P<0.05).Problem-based learning and lecturing combined model was effective in oral medicine specialist higher education of oral maxillofacial surgery.
