目的 探讨压力对护理学专业学生心理健康的影响.方法 采用压力量表对济宁医学院2014级四年制护理学专业371名学生的压力源、压力强度进行检测,结合心理健康量表对其进心理健康状况进行综合评定.结果 护理学专业学生压力量表的得分为(78.14±5.36)分,最高98分,最低60分.其压力源主要集中在考试、就业、社会观念、个人习惯和人际关系5个方面,其压力量表的单因子得分普遍高于3分.根据压力量表的得分,将72分作为标准,将参与调查的学生分为高压力组和低压力组,高压力组学生心理健康量表的得分普遍高于低压力组学生,且两组学生在躯体化、焦虑、抑郁等6个维度的得分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 护理学专业学生的压力总体较大,且与心理健康状况密切相关,应当引起学生管理者的重视并及早进行相关辅导干预.
目的 探討壓力對護理學專業學生心理健康的影響.方法 採用壓力量錶對濟寧醫學院2014級四年製護理學專業371名學生的壓力源、壓力彊度進行檢測,結閤心理健康量錶對其進心理健康狀況進行綜閤評定.結果 護理學專業學生壓力量錶的得分為(78.14±5.36)分,最高98分,最低60分.其壓力源主要集中在攷試、就業、社會觀唸、箇人習慣和人際關繫5箇方麵,其壓力量錶的單因子得分普遍高于3分.根據壓力量錶的得分,將72分作為標準,將參與調查的學生分為高壓力組和低壓力組,高壓力組學生心理健康量錶的得分普遍高于低壓力組學生,且兩組學生在軀體化、焦慮、抑鬱等6箇維度的得分差異具有統計學意義(P<0.05).結論 護理學專業學生的壓力總體較大,且與心理健康狀況密切相關,應噹引起學生管理者的重視併及早進行相關輔導榦預.

Objective To investigate the pressure to the mental health of college students of nursing profession.Methods 371 college students of nursing profession of grade 1 were investigated with Beck-Srivastava stress inventory (BSSI) to test their pressure condition.Using Chinese college students mental health scale (CCSMHS) to investigate and research the condition of their mental health.Results The average score of BSSI of the students was (78.14±5.36),and the pressure source were mainly in test,employment,social values,personal habits and relationship,and the scores of BSSI were generally more than 3 points.Based on scores of BSSI 72 as the standard,the nursing students participating in the investigation were divided into the high pressure and low pressure groups.The 12 dimension score in CCSMHS of students in high pressure group were obviously higher than those in low group,and the differences in somatization,anxiety,depression,social withdrawal,paranoid and psychosis-like symptoms has a statistical significant (P<0.05).Conclusions The college students of nursing profession would face the pressure of a larger overall and closely related with their mental health.It should cause the attention of student management and related counseling intervention early.
