基于理性行为理论（TRA）和期望确认模型（ECM），探讨以情感因素为核心作用的公务员廉政教育参与意愿影响机制，选取与情感因素有关的变量构建了公务员廉政教育参与意愿的研究模型。依据所搜集到的292名公务员问卷，采用 AMOS 分析软件进行结构方程模型和假设验证。结果显示：公务员廉政教育的参与意愿受教育信念、教育满意度和感知有用性三个变量的共同影响；教育满意度受感知有用性和教育信念的双重影响，其中感知有用性的作用更加明显；教育满意度在教育信念与参与意愿之间具有部分中介效应。

Based on the theoty of teasoned action (TRA)and expect confitmation model (ECM),this papet focus on the centtal tole of emotional factots in the mechanism of civil setvants'intention to patticipate in the incot-tuptible education.We selected vatiables telated to emotional factots to consttuct a model of the intention to pattici-pate in the Incottuptible education fot civil setvants.Accotding to the collected questionnaites ftom 292 civil setv-ants,this papet validates the sttuctutal equation model and the ptoposed hypotheses by using the AMOS softwate. The tesults show that the intention to patticipate is affected by the education beliefs,education satisfaction and pet-ceived usefulness.Education satisfaction is affected by the petceived usefulness and educational beliefs.Mean-while,the fotmet has mote significant impact.Education satisfaction has pattly mediated effect on the telationship between educational beliefs and the intention.
