对乙醇掺二甲醚点燃式内燃机的性能进行研究.试验在加装了电控二甲醚喷射系统的内燃机上进行,从而保证乙醇与二甲醚能同时喷入进气道.在转速为1800 r/min、进气道绝对压力为61.5 kPa、过量空气系数分别为1.0及1.1的条件下,通过逐渐增加二甲醚的喷射脉宽,使二甲醚占进气的体积分数从0加至3%.结果表明:随掺二甲醚体积分数的增加,内燃机指示热效率提高,循环变动降低,CO、HC排放降低,但NOx 略有升高.
對乙醇摻二甲醚點燃式內燃機的性能進行研究.試驗在加裝瞭電控二甲醚噴射繫統的內燃機上進行,從而保證乙醇與二甲醚能同時噴入進氣道.在轉速為1800 r/min、進氣道絕對壓力為61.5 kPa、過量空氣繫數分彆為1.0及1.1的條件下,通過逐漸增加二甲醚的噴射脈寬,使二甲醚佔進氣的體積分數從0加至3%.結果錶明:隨摻二甲醚體積分數的增加,內燃機指示熱效率提高,循環變動降低,CO、HC排放降低,但NOx 略有升高.
대을순참이갑미점연식내연궤적성능진행연구.시험재가장료전공이갑미분사계통적내연궤상진행,종이보증을순여이갑미능동시분입진기도.재전속위1800 r/min、진기도절대압력위61.5 kPa、과량공기계수분별위1.0급1.1적조건하,통과축점증가이갑미적분사맥관,사이갑미점진기적체적분수종0가지3%.결과표명:수참이갑미체적분수적증가,내연궤지시열효솔제고,순배변동강저,CO、HC배방강저,단NOx 략유승고.
The test was conducted on an ethanol fueled spark-ignition engine with low proportion of dimethyl ether. An electronically controlled dimethyl ether injection system was used in the test to ensure that ethanol and dimethyl ether were injected into the intake ports together. The dimethyl ether volume fraction increased from 0 to 3% by adjusting the dimethyl ether injection duration under an engine speed of 1 800 r/min, the intake manifold absolute pressure( MAP) of 61. 5 kPa, and two excess air ratios of 1. 0 and 1. 1, respectively. The experimental results show that the indicated thermal efficiency is improved, cyclical fluctuation is reduced, CO and HC emissions are dropped whereas NOx slightly increases at different excess air ratios with the addition of dimethyl ether.
