目的:探究血清透明质酸检测在银屑病诊断中的临床意义。方法随机选取本院2013年11月至2014年11月收治的144例银屑病患者作为试验组,另选取126例健康成年人作为对照组。采用放射免疫分析法检测受试者血清中透明质酸含量,比较银屑病患者与正常人以及不同类型银屑病患者血清透明质酸含量的差异。结果试验组患者血清透明质酸含量高于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。寻常型银屑病患者和非寻常型银屑病患者血清透明质酸含量比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论血清透明质酸检测可用于诊断银屑病,但对于鉴别银屑病类型并不适用。

목적:탐구혈청투명질산검측재은설병진단중적림상의의。방법수궤선취본원2013년11월지2014년11월수치적144례은설병환자작위시험조,령선취126례건강성년인작위대조조。채용방사면역분석법검측수시자혈청중투명질산함량,비교은설병환자여정상인이급불동류형은설병환자혈청투명질산함량적차이。결과시험조환자혈청투명질산함량고우대조조,차이구유현저성(P<0.05)。심상형은설병환자화비심상형은설병환자혈청투명질산함량비교차이무현저성(P>0.05)。결론혈청투명질산검측가용우진단은설병,단대우감별은설병류형병불괄용。
Objective To explore the clinical significance of serum hyaluronic acid detection in patients with psoriasis. Method Randomly selected from November 2013 to November 2014, 144 cases of patients with psoriasis as experimental group, selected 126 healthy adults as control group. All research objects adopted radioimmunoassay to measure the serum hyaluronic acid concentration, compared the serum hyaluronic acid concentration of patients with psoriasis and healthy adults and serum hyaluronic acid concentration in patients with psoriasis vulgaris and specific types of psoriasis. Result Serum hyaluronic acid concentration of experimental group patients was higher than that of control group, there was statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Serum hyaluronic acid concentration in patients with psoriasis vulgaris and speciifc types of psoriasis, was not statistically signiifcant difference (P > 0.05). Conclusion Serum hyaluronic acid concentration detection can be used to diagnose psoriasis, but it is inapplicability to identify the type of psoriasis.
