汽轮机轴封漏汽量是影响机组热经济性的重要因素之一。基于传统轴封漏汽量计算公式经适当简化,得到了变工况下轴封漏汽量的两种简化计算方法,并以切除5号低加工况作为实例计算,与传统简化计算方法进行了分析比较。结果表明,两种新简化方法在温度变化较小时,所得变工况计算结果相近,且能反映轴封段段前压力变化引起的漏汽量变化,而传统简化方法不能够反映该变化趋势。

The gland leakage of steam turbine is one of the important factors influencing the thermal economy of unit .The traditional calculation formula for shaft gland steam leakage was simplified to two models at off -design condition .The new simplified calculation models were analyzed at NO .5 pressure heaters removal condition .Then the results were compared with the traditional simplified model .The results show that ,when the temperature change is small ,the calculation results of two new simplified models are similar at off-design condition.They can change with pressure variation of seal segment , which can not be reflected by the traditional simplified method .
